This $2,000 award is offered to one deserving student, or may be shared by two or more students. They must be attending a Chatham-Kent high school and living with Type 1 Diabetes. Applicants must be in their graduating year
and entering college, university or an apprenticeship.
Each day, many youth must face the numerous challenges presented by diabetes. While diabetes changes your everyday life, it does not change who you are or what you can achieve.
